Our face masks are produced fully automatically, from material folding, adding nose piece, sealing mask to ear-loop ultrasonic welding are all done online, no hand touching to keep sanitation. Each machine is controlled by technicians 24 hours to watch over each running step. Every single face mask is checked and inspected before packing. All staff is well trained to follow quality control requests and effectively pick up defects during production and packing.

2000 – ’s predecessor Xiantao Fangchun Factory was founded as an Factory of disposable products such as face mask and shoe cover made by hand.

2006 – built its own workshop in Pengchang Town,Xiantao City

2015 – ’s New factory went into operation with self-import and export rights

Our major products are face mask, mob cap, lab coat, isolation gown, surgical gown, coveralls and so on, gained CE/FDA/ISO 13485 certification.

We have 100+ skilled staff working, 100+ machines, and the capacity can be 10-15 containers (40HQ) each month.
